Upcoming events
Regional alumni events are planned and sponsored by the SVD Alumni Association. While reunions and other events may be in locations that attract alumni from specific seminaries and formation programs, all gatherings sponsored by the SVD Alumni Association are open to alumni of all ages from all Divine Word schools.
Many alumni plan small gatherings of classmates or other friends. If these are open to all, the SVD Alumni Association will advertise and promote the events. Alumni at Miramar, Bordentown and Bay St. Louis have their own alumni organizations. However, the alumni director of the SVD Alumni Association will help them in any way possible to make their event successful.

Jamaica Mission Experience
February 7-14, 2012
Join the Divine Word Missionaries and other alumni in Morant Bay, Jamaica, for a week of mission activities—assist in building a home, visit the sick, help with Bible study classes and enjoy the social aspects of living in community for a week.
Annual Techny Golf Outing and Steak Cookout
June 4, 2012
Take in nine holes of golf at Willowhill Golf Course in Northbrook, Ill., followed by a steak cookout on the picturesque grounds of Techny.
West Virginia Mission Experience

Join fellow alumni and the Divine Word Missionaries in Gassaway, W. Vir., for a week of helping out. The work is hard but satisfying, and the scenery is spectacular.
East Troy Picnic

The last Saturday in June is always the time for alumni to gather for the annual East Troy picnic and Mass. Boat rides, swimming, good food and great friends always make this one of the most popular events of the summer.
Perrysburg Reunion
