Documentary Showing - Interrupted Lives: Catholic Sisters under European Communism

Meet Sisters of St. Joseph Margaret Nacke and Mary Savoie, directors of the documentary "Interrupted Lives: Catholic Sisters under European Communism" at a reception at the Divine Word College Weyland Gallery.
The gallery reception will begin at 6 p.m., followed by a screening of the documentary at 7 p.m.
The documentary was produced by the Nazareth Convention and Academy and funded in part by the Catholic Communication Campaign of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.
In addition to the film, the Weyland Gallery also presents "Faces of Faith: Portraits of Religious Survivors of Russian Communism" from March 19 to April 17.
The exhibit, which was produced to complement the film, showcases portraits of religious sisters who survived Soviet persecution in Eastern Europe post-World War II.
