Techny, Ill. — From Montreal to Montserrat, Divine Word Missionaries open doors to all who wish to take part in Holy Week ceremonies. Although not a parish, the Chapel of the Holy Spirit at Techny Towers Conference and Retreat Center north of Chicago also will offer services for Holy Week, Solemn Triduum and Easter. The holiday schedule in the chapel is as follows:

Palm Sunday, April 9
Blessing of the Palms and Mass at 10 a.m.

Monday through Wednesday, April 10 - 12
Daily Mass at 5 p.m.

Holy Thursday, April 13
Mass of the Lord’s Supper at 5 p.m.

Good Friday, April 14
Veneration of the Cross at 5 p.m.

Holy Saturday, April 15
Blessing of the Baskets in Polish at 1:30 p.m.
(Please note there will be no Easter Vigil service at the Chapel of the Holy Spirit.)

Easter Sunday, April 16
Easter Sunday Mass at 10 a.m.
